Priced per person.
The first person is 79 euro a month and every other person is 39 euro. On top of that, the assistant is billed on what it actually uses, at cost plus 15 percent. That is the whole price list. No feature tiers, no setup fee, no minimum term.

What every seat gets

Enquiries in
Portal forwards, your website forms, your web chat and your own mailbox. Parsed into a client card with the name, phone, language, budget and property reference filled in.
Routing and follow-up
Round robin, by language, or always to you. Holiday cover, untouched-lead chasing, follow-up sequences and a daily digest.
The assistant
On email and web chat, in eight languages, from your address. On every seat, billed on what it uses: cost plus 15%, from €15 a month per agency.

Your properties in one place, your own website on your own domain, microsites for a development, and a feed per portal.

Seats are counted as the people who can sign in. Switch somebody off on the Team page and they stop counting from the next invoice.
The parts that are not on the price list
WhatsApp in your own name
It needs a phone number and an account in your own company's name, and a review by Meta. We set it up with you. Ask on the demo and we will tell you what it involves before you commit to anything.
A phone line that answers
The assistant can take calls on a number of yours. Same reason: it needs a number, a voice and a short setup with you rather than a switch on a settings page.
Moving your data in
A clean CSV of clients and stock imports itself and costs nothing. If your current system will not export properly, we will look at it with you before you sign up.
Portals
What you pay a portal is between you and the portal. We produce the feed; we do not resell anybody's advertising.
Billing, plainly
- 14 days free with no card. We do not ask for one to start.
- Prices exclude VAT. Spain 21 percent. An EU business with a valid VAT number is reverse charged at 0 percent. Outside the EU, 0 percent.
- Pay by card, or ask for an invoice and pay by transfer.
- The assistant is metered: what the AI models cost to run it for you, plus 15 percent, as its own line on the monthly invoice. The minimum is €15 a month per agency, and an active agent typically comes to about €5. Phone calls are not in it, they belong to the phone line.
- A monthly limit pauses the assistant before a runaway month can reach your invoice. Your admins are warned well before it is reached, and nothing else in the CRM stops.
- Add a person mid-month and you are charged for the part of the month they are there.
- Cancel from inside the CRM. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Close the account and everything is erased after 30 days. Export it first, from the same page, without asking us.
